This hotel is centrally located, making it super convenient for exploring the old town and nearby restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean, but be prepared for some dark corners and a bit of noise from the generator next door. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great advice during our stay. However, the breakfast prices felt a bit steep for what was offered.

My room was spacious and clean, but didn't get much natural light and had some noise from the generator next door.

The location is just great—close to the train station and not too far from the beautiful old town area. It felt safe, too!

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is convenient and the staff was friendly, the rooms were quite basic and not very comfortable. The dining options were decent, especially during breakfast, but overall, I think there are better choices out there for a similar price.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were quite basic and didn't feel very cozy. Ours was warm due to hot water pipes underneath, which made it not ideal for relaxing. Some rooms might be better than ours, so there’s hope for a better experience if I return.
Service
7.0
The staff was friendly and helpful, but they didn’t inform us about the road closures during the city marathon which was a bit frustrating. They did greet me with a smile the next day which made up for it somewhat.
Location
8.0
The hotel is located a little outside the train station center, but it's only a 20-minute walk to downtown which is quite convenient for exploring the area.
Dining

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, thanks to its clean and spacious rooms and the friendly staff who went above and beyond. The location was decent, not far from the city center, but it could have been better with more nearby dining options. The breakfast was satisfactory, though not outstanding, and overall, the hotel offered good value for the price.

The hotel has a spacious room which worked great with our kids since it had a private terrace for them to play. However, during the summer, it gets quite uncomfortable without air conditioning. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, but there are some maintenance issues that need attention. Overall, it's in a lovely location near a park and within walking distance to key spots.

Rooms

The room we stayed in was large and had a private terrace, which was lovely for the kids to play on. However, it lacked air conditioning, making it quite uncomfortable during the hot summer days.
Service
8.0
The service here was very friendly and helpful, with staff willing to accommodate our needs. However, some of the facilities, like the towel holder in the bathroom, need to be repaired.
Location
7.0
The hotel is situated in a nice area close to a park and only a short walk to major sites and restaurants. However, the noise from the adjacent house filled with loud music was quite bothersome at times.
Dining
6.0
The dining options were quite pricey, costing us over $180 for breakfast for four. Although the variety was excellent and the food was delicious, I felt it was a bit too much for what we got.
Facilities

While the hotel itself had a nice layout and interesting design features like a curved staircase, it could benefit from some updates and better maintenance.

The hotel had a great location, nestled in a quiet residential area yet close to major attractions and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean, but they did feel overpriced for what I expected, especially when compared to the photos. My stay had its ups and downs. The hotel is in a great location, close to the train station and city center, which made it easy to explore. The rooms were tidy and more spacious than I expected for a 3-star hotel, but I had some noise issues that left a bit to be desired. The dining options were decent, though at a price. Overall, it's a reasonable choice but be prepared for some quirks.

Rooms

While the rooms were tidy and quite spacious for a 3-star hotel, I found the bathroom substandard and there was an annoying noise that seemed to come from within the walls, which made my stay less peaceful.
Service

The service was competent, especially with the housekeeping and breakfast preparation, but I encountered some unprofessional behavior from staff that made me feel less welcome.

The hotel is located in a lovely neighborhood, which is convenient for exploring the city center on foot. While the rooms are tidy, they lack decor and charm, and the noise levels can be quite bothersome. I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, but the service felt a bit rushed at times. Overall, it offers decent value for money given its prime location.

Rooms

Overall, it offers good value for money despite some downsides.

The hotel has a convenient location, being quiet yet close to the station and city center. The rooms are spacious but basic in furnishings, which isn't ideal. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the stay pleasant. The breakfast offerings are good and diverse, adding to the overall positive experience.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were quite large but very basic in furnishings, which made them feel a bit underwhelming. One room had a wardrobe reminiscent of kitchen furniture and very low lighting, while another was sparsely furnished with just a bed and a curtain for a wardrobe.
Service

The staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Their pleasant demeanor really added a nice touch to my stay.

7.2/10

My stay at the hotel was mixed. The location is quite convenient for exploring the area, especially if you're into history. While the rooms were spacious and comfortable, I had an unfortunate issue with inadequate bathroom towels and a lack of beverages. The service was friendly and helpful on some occasions but felt a bit lackluster overall. The dining experience was surprisingly good, especially for the price, which added to the value of my stay.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but I did have to ask for new towels since the ones provided felt inadequate. There was also no tea or coffee, which was a disappointment.
Service
6.0
The staff were very friendly and helpful, but at times the overall service felt less welcoming compared to other places I stayed in Europe.
Location

The hotel is in a very convenient location for touring Bastogne and other Battle of the Bulge sites. It's pleasant to walk around the old part of town with restaurants and grocery shops nearby.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience was surprisingly good, offering wholesome food that was better than I expected, especially given the price.
Facilities

While there were several decent amenities, I was hoping for a bit more comfort in the room with air conditioning, especially given the summer heat.

6.8/10

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it had some perks, there were also a few drawbacks. The location is fantastic for touring the Bastogne area and other Battle of the Bulge sites, and the staff was generally helpful and friendly. However, the rooms were quite basic and lacked adequate lighting, which wasn't ideal. Overall, it's a decent place for the price, but there are areas that could use improvement.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms felt very basic, almost like a dormitory. We had two twin beds with thin mattresses on wooden slats, and the lighting was pretty poor; one light reminded me of a construction site lamp. The space was around 20 sq meters and overall not very cozy.
Service
7.0
The staff was mostly helpful, recommending some great restaurants and being accommodating in keeping the kitchen open for us. However, there was one staff member who was not very welcoming and spent more time reminding us about the key than checking if we needed anything.
Location
9.0
The location was very convenient as we could easily walk to several attractions, plus it was close to downtown and a lovely park that led into the old town. It made exploring the area quite easy.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience was quite lovely. The food was great at both the bar and restaurant, with lots of hot and cold items available, though the dining area could use more space as it felt a bit cramped.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel had some nice features, but I didn't notice any particularly outstanding facilities like a gym or pool, which would have enhanced the stay.

7.0/10

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it had its charms, there were some drawbacks. The location was peaceful and a decent distance from the train station, making it a good value for the price. The room I was given was in a nearby building and somewhat lacked the appeal of the photos, but it had a nice kitchen-diner. The service was friendly but felt a bit distant, likely catering more to business travelers. Overall, it's a decent stay if you're looking for comfort on a budget but don't expect luxury.

Rooms
6.0
The room was in a nearby building and looked nothing like the photographs, but it was spacious with a fully functioning kitchen-diner and a comfortable double bedroom.
Service
7.0
The service was friendly, and they were quite kind and flexible, but there was a noticeable lack of interest in us as visitors, likely because the hotel caters mostly to business people.
Location

The hotel is a bit outside the train station center, but it provides a peaceful setting. It's walking distance to the main tram lines and close to La Petrusse park, which I enjoyed exploring.

6.2/10

The hotel has a nice location in a quiet neighborhood not far from the city center, which I found appealing. The rooms are basic but clean, though there were a few noise issues that I wasn't thrilled about. Service was hit or miss; while I did encounter some friendly staff, I also faced a rather rude experience which brought down my overall satisfaction. Dining was decent, but nothing too outstanding. Overall, it's a good value for the price, though the noise could be a concern for some.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were basic with essential amenities, but they could be noisy due to internal issues that may cause a humming sound. Basic beds and pillows made for an okay stay, but I felt they could have been more comfortable.
Service
5.0
The service varied; while some staff members were friendly, I unfortunately experienced rudeness from one staff who told me to 'Shut Up,' which really soured the experience.
Location
8.0
The location was pretty nice in a quiet neighborhood and not too far from the city center. It felt convenient with easy access to the area.
Dining

6.2/10

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location near the train station is convenient and the staff was friendly and eager to help, the noise from the nearby bar made it hard to sleep. Additionally, I felt that the overall value for money wasn't great given the room conditions and noise issues.

Rooms
5.0
The room was comfortable but unfortunately quite noisy due to the traffic and music from the bar next door, which severely disrupted my sleep.
Service
7.0
The service was friendly and the staff was helpful, but they couldn't provide much information about dining options outside the hotel.
Location
6.0
The location is right by the main train station, which is convenient for getting around, but it felt a bit unsafe at night.
Dining

The breakfast was nice and had a variety of options, though I did get caught out on Monday as the times were limited.

6.6/10

I had a decent stay at the hotel, with some highlights and low points. The rooms were nicely decorated and had some thoughtful touches, but they were a bit smaller than I expected for the price. The service had its ups and downs, with one staff member being inexperienced, but the location was quite convenient with good access to the city. Dining options were fresh but overpriced, which was a bit of a letdown for a family stay.

Rooms
7.0
The room had nice touches like a flower and a robe, but it felt a bit more like a hostel room than a hotel, especially with the small window.
Service
6.0
The service was a mixed bag; while some staff members were friendly, I did notice one being quite inexperienced and not handling a mistake very well.
Location
8.0
The location was great, close to the city center with easy street parking available in the back. However, be cautious of taxi costs if you're departing early.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast offered a good variety and was fresh, but it was definitely on the expensive side, costing us over $180 for just two mornings.
Facilities
7.0
I didn’t explore the facilities much, but they seemed fairly standard for what you would expect from a hotel.
